In queste ore drammatiche, quando ancora si scava tra le macerie per cercare di salvare delle vite, World Vision si sta attivando per portare anche il proprio aiuto alle popolazioni colpite dal terremoto che nella notte del 24 agosto ha devastato i paesi di Amatrice, Accumoli e Arquata del Tronto. Secondo i dati della Protezione civile, sono al momento 247 i morti e centinaia sono i feriti causati dal sisma che ha raso al suolo i tre paesi appenninici tra Lazio e Marche. In queste ore sono migliaia gli operatori di tutte le forze dell’ordine e i volontari che con generosità stanno cercando di salvare e soccorrere gli abitanti delle aree colpite. Le persone tratte in salvo hanno bisogno di tutto: coperte, cibo, acqua, vestiario, pannolini per i bambini. According to the Civil Defence data, at the moment deaths are 247 and are hundreds the injuries as a result of the quake that destroyed the three cities in Lazio and Marche regions. At the time, are thousands the workers of forces of law and order and the volunteers that are generously trying to rescue and assist the citizen of the affected areas.
